Chris Hall - Managing Director

Chris leads Dart & Partners with a clear focus on service standards, growth, and market leadership across the four offices. Having joined the firm in 2007, he progressed through the business before becoming owner in 2019. With expertise across both sales and lettings, Chris remains closely involved in day-to-day operations. He enjoys travelling and balancing a busy family life. Chris is trusted by clients for clear advice, leadership, and consistently high standards.
Paul Hodgson - Director

Paul leads the residential sales division and is the longest-serving member of the Dart & Partners team with more than 30 years' experience. Known for his honest, straightforward advice, he has built long-standing relationships with sellers across the area. Outside the office, he has run a local karate club for many years. Paul is trusted by clients for his integrity, experience, and consistent delivery.
Ben Epps - Associate Director

Ben brings over 30 years of estate agency experience, specialising in the valuation and marketing of high-quality and character homes. Since returning to Dart & Partners in 2017, he has strengthened the firm's premium property offering. Outside work, Ben is involved in a local running club and values time with his family. Ben is trusted by clients across South Devon for his expertise, judgement, and results-driven approach.
Gemma Neale - Distinctive Homes Manager

With over 20 years' experience in premium estate agency, Gemma leads the marketing of distinctive homes from the Shaldon office. She combines strong market insight with a highly personal approach to client service. Outside work, she enjoys badminton, travelling, and spending time with her family. Gemma is trusted by clients across the area for her knowledge, care, and strong track record.
