Having joined the firm in 2007, he progressed through the business before becoming owner in 2019. With expertise across both sales and lettings, Chris remains closely involved in day-to-day operations. He enjoys travelling and balancing a busy family life. Paul Hodgson - Director

Paul leads the residential sales division and is the longest-serving member of the Dart & Partners team with more than 30 years' experience. Known for his honest, straightforward advice, he has built long-standing relationships with sellers across the area. Outside the office, he has run a local karate club for many years. Jen Murray - Office Manager

Jen manages the Teignmouth office, ensuring clients receive a consistently high level of service at every stage.
